Growing Aesthetic Plastic Surgery office in Winter Park, FL is looking for a detail oriented, up-beat, enthusiastic front desk receptionist/medical assistant to join our work family. We are a solo practitioner practice, concentrating on highly individualized and professional care for our patients. Excellent opportunity to grow with the practice.
Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment, as well as work independently. They must have excellent follow through and an outstanding professional etiquette, both on the phone and in person, and takes greats pleasure in building customer relationships and ensuring that all customers receive a 5-star experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Must be reliable and punctual, have great attention to detail, hates a mess, and a team player who can get along with a small, tightly knit group.
The position performs several job duties including but not limited to:
- Greeting/Check-In Patients
- Answering Multiple Phone Lines
- Scheduling Patients
- Preparing patient charts in the EHR scanning.
- Maintain hard copy patient records as well as files stored in our EHR.
- Scanning/Faxing/Filing
- Making follow up calls for Inquiries.
- Collecting Payments
- Keeping front desk and lobby clean.
- Assisting other staff when needed.
Previous experience as a front desk receptionist in the medical field is preferred, plastic/cosmetic office experience is a plus. Interest in sales is a plus.
Must be familiar with Google Suites, Google Drive, and Macintosh computers.
Interest in Social Media (content creation) a plus.
Job Type: 2-3 days per week (must be available full days Monday, Tuesday, Friday) - may turn to full time

Pay: Commensurate with experience.
