Title: Lease Accounting Analyst (IFRS 16)
Location: 13555 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75234
Duration: 6 Months open to Temp to Perm if the right resource is found
Work Model: (Hybrid Role 3 Days Office 2 work from Home)
The hourly Pay rate is $43.45/hr. W2 All Inclusive no benefits
(Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Half an hour for Lunch)
We are seeking for Lease Accounting Analyst (IFRS 16) with one of the largest Eyemed brand Companies.
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
- Knowledge of IFRS 16 accounting guidelines and/or Lease Abstraction experience
- Undergraduate (or beyond) degree in accounting
- Proven ability to critically think/problem solve and multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?
- SAP Experience
- CPA Candidate
- Retail Experience
- Proficient in Excel
Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility
- 3-5 or more preferred but can be flexible if specialized in Lease Abstraction over a shorter time and in a comparable industry
Salary : $40 - $43
