About the Role
Join the YouTube Languages team working on Auto-Dubbing and Transcript Editing experiences within Creator Studio. You ll help design intuitive tools that enable creators to edit transcripts, captions, and multilingual content at global scale.
What You ll Do
- Design end-to-end UX flows for transcript and caption editing tools
- Create high-fidelity mocks and interactive prototypes (Figma)
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams
- Translate product requirements into clear, detailed design documentation
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability insights
- Support roadmap execution with a hands-on, execution-first approach
What We re Looking For
Must-Have:
- 3 7 years of UX/Product Design experience
- Advanced Figma prototyping skills
- Strong experience designing web-based tools or complex workflows
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong execution mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with video or timeline-based editing tools
- Motion design or high-polish prototyping
- Exposure to AI / conversational UX / LLM workflows
- Accessibility experience (captions, subtitles, a11y)
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver clear, scalable UX for complex editing workflows
- Produce polished prototypes for leadership reviews
- Drive execution on defined roadmap milestones
