Duties

- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry in our CRM system.
- Process transactions such as cash handling and order processing while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to manage client information and support tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a call center or customer support environment, preferably with call center experience.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and basic analysis skills for managing customer data.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills required for daily operations.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center procedures preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
