We are seeking a skilled Collection Representative I Accounts Receivable & Customer Service) to join our client’s team, one of the US’s largest Security companies.
Qualifications:
· Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
· 2-4 years of Collections or directly related experience.
Responsibilities:
· This is an in-person role. Please submit your top 3 candidates only!
· Ensure receivables are collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.
· Review open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.
· Initiates collection calls and emails.
· Research account discrepancies as well as customer complaints or disputes.
· Communicates collection results/problems with management, and escalates issues that are beyond job scope when necessary.
· Take complete ownership of managing information to various associates regarding correct billing and customer satisfaction on accounts.
· Make applicable notes in Master Mind (MMB) as to any pertinent collection activity or customer contact.
