Job Overview
The Security Operations Coordinator – Asset Protection supports the Asset Protection (AP) Command Center by monitoring security systems, responding to critical incidents, performing audits, and providing operational and technical support to retail and supply chain locations across North America.
This role is best suited for candidates who are computer-savvy, task-oriented, and comfortable working in a command center / monitoring environment with minimal supervision.
General Function
The Asset Protection Consultant monitors Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, and investigates internal and external theft concerns within the assigned facility. The role includes AP command center support, critical incident intake/output, remote support of retail locations, facility audits, and technical support of security applications and systems.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain day-to-day operation of Asset Protection systems supporting retail and supply chain locations
- Provide AP Command Center operational support, including critical incident intake and response
- Monitor CCTV systems, Access Control systems, and related security platforms
- Perform facility audits for safety, insurance, and compliance
- Analyze collected data such as metrics, access control logs, and patrol activity
- Provide telephonic and non-telephonic customer support for service and system issues
- Identify and report hazardous or unsafe conditions to appropriate leadership
- Complete assigned duties and projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Carry out responsibilities in a way that minimizes risk and ensures safety

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (Asset Protection / Operations / Monitoring preferred)
- Knowledge of basic computer office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Open availability (days, afternoons, occasional weekends within reason)
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
