Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our canvassing team. Your role is to go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. This is a structured, full-time role with clear expectations, daily goals, and strong earning potential.
Compensation
- Base commission OR commission-only (flexible structure)
- Uncapped earnings Bonuses for booked appointments and closed deals
- Top canvassers can earn $50K–$100K
- Fast promotion into sales roles
Responsibilities
- Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods
- Generate qualified leads for roofing, siding, and exterior projects
- Engage homeowners and build quick rapport
- Set appointments for inspections and estimates
- Track leads and maintain daily activity goals
- Represent AZA Builders professionally in the field

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Optional Saturday opportunities for high performers
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
