The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This is a full-time on-site role where you will deliver advanced, consultative Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) care to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
Position Highlights
- High Earning Potential: $180,000 - $350,000 per year.

What You will Do
- Provide advanced clinical care, comprehensive physical exams, and patient assessments in skilled nursing facilities.
- Interpret lab results, diagnostic findings, prescribe medications, and manage therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and educate patients and families on care plans.
- Provide consultative PM&R services under physician supervision and guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner License in Arizona.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and prescriptive authority.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility care.
- Familiarity with Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
- Additional certification in a specialized area of practice.
