What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational improvements position at AZ Prime Property Management?
Az Prime Property Management is looking for an individual to help improve specific daily business routine functions. Some examples are as follows:
More streamlined and efficient processing of scanned and emailed invoices using OCR or something similar to record into our property management software ( Propertyware software).
Improvement with our after-hours emergency work orders. Wanting a third-party vendor to handle the specific emergency calls after hours.
Improvement with our work order-related flow items. Currently, we have approximately 100 open work orders daily, with outstanding work orders needing follow-up from vendors and invoices to complete and close out existing work orders.
We are seeking an individual who has tech-savvy experience, able to improve our business flow operations while not reducing our customer satisfaction that we have with our property owners and tenants.
Compensation can be based on an hourly rate or per project.
