Apartment manager needed for a 48-unit community in Brownsville, TN. About 25 minutes from Jackson. This is an on-site property manager role. You will run leasing, keep occupancy high, and keep rent collections up.
Requirements:
- Apartment management experience required, 1 year minimum
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer and office administration skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize a full workload
- Experience with AppFolio a plus
What you will do:
- Lead the leasing and maintenance staff
- Run marketing and leasing to fill vacancies and keep occupancy high
- Collect and record rent, and follow up personally on late payments to keep delinquency low
- Work with maintenance to finish work orders and apartment turns on time and keep the property in good shape
- Build relationships with residents to keep them renewing
- Keep accurate records
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call for emergencies
