Position Overview
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on variety and excellence. Reporting directly to a cofounder, you’ll operate at the intersection of sales, client relations, and operations, ensuring that every client’s experience with The Greener Good exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Engage with leads generated by strategic marketing campaigns
- Develop your own pipeline of opportunities
- Build trust with prospective clients and close new business
Estimating & Proposal Development
- Prepare accurate, professional, and visually compelling proposals
- Utilize estimating tools and resources to create competitive bids
Operations Coordination
- Partner closely with the operations team
- Ensure services are delivered with precision, professionalism, and consistency
Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients
- Build long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements and growth
Strategic Input
- Provide insights to improve sales, marketing, and operational strategies
- Contribute to the company’s continued growth and innovation

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial landscape services or related industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience with estimating software
- Understanding of landscape operations (preferred but not required)
