This is not a transactional sales role. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, influence business outcomes, and drive strategic growth.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with CEOs, founders, and executive leaders
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover real business challenges—not just surface needs
- Position AZ HR Hub as a trusted partner in HR strategy, compliance, and workforce growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with our internal HR experts to craft tailored solutions for clients
- Represent AZ HR Hub in the Phoenix business community and beyond
- Proven success in business development, sales, or relationship-driven roles
- Strong ability to build trust quickly with business owners and executives
- A consultative mindset—you ask great questions and listen before you sell
- Experience selling professional services (HR, consulting, staffing, payroll, or similar) is a plus
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to create your own momentum
- Strong network in Phoenix or ability to quickly build one
- Someone who wants to be part of building something—not just filling a role
