Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Showroom Sales Associate with strong communication skills and customer service experience. The ideal candidate has previous sales experience and, preferably, some knowledge of interior design or 3D design software.
This role requires someone confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with walk-in clients, contractors, designers, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom visitors
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wall panel solutions
- Provide product information and explain differences (acoustic vs MDF, finishes, etc.)
- Prepare quotes and follow up on leads
- Maintain showroom organization and presentation
- Assist with social media content when needed
- Coordinate with installation partners
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to measure spaces and understand dimensions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
