Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on position supporting the daily operations of our stone countertop warehouse fabrication and installation crews.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, stays organized, isn’t afraid of physical work, and is willing to help wherever needed. Previous warehouse, construction, countertop, or stonework experience is a plus, but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the warehouse, shop, and work areas clean and organized
- Organizing tools, equipment, materials, and installation supplies
- Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Staging materials and supplies for upcoming countertop installations
- Assisting with moving and handling stone countertops and materials
- Helping fabrication and installation crews prepare for jobs
- Assisting with countertop fabrication and installation projects as needed
- Putting away tools, materials, and equipment after jobs
- Helping maintain inventory and notifying management when supplies are running low
- Following all company safety procedures
- Performing general warehouse and shop duties as needed

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to assist with heavier materials using team lifting and proper equipment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, and perform physical work throughout the workday
