As our Dental Office Manager at AZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, you're the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You manage schedules with precision, oversee the new patient experience, and keep a close eye on key performance indicators. You monitor production, collections, and case acceptance metrics, making sure the team stays on track and patients receive the best care possible - all while maintaining a positive, organized environment.
