We are looking for a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Representative ready to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections and present clear, detailed estimates to homeowners
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and the insurance claims process when applicable
- Close contracts and guide customers through the entire re-roof process
- Track all activity in CRM and meet monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (construction, roofing, or related industry preferred)
- Confidence, charisma, and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to succeed
- Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs (we’ll train you)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
