Saturday and Sunday 8AM - 8 PM
Everlasting Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to adults in a licensed group home setting. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision to residents in accordance with individual service plans
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community engagement
- Document care, behavior notes, and incident reports accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Follow all state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and management
Requirements
- Arizona Certified Caregiver License (Required)
- Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Must show proof of freedom from TB before client contact
- Provide and maintain current Food Handlers Certification
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (preferred for transport duties)
- Clear the Department of Economic Security, Department of Aging and Adult Services Central Registry Background Check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for individuals with special needs
