AZ ATV Adventures is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and creative individual to become a key member of our growing team. This is a unique position that combines marketing, customer service, reservations, social media, and office administration with the opportunity to spend time outdoors filming exciting off-road adventures in the Arizona desert.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with reservations.
- Respond to customer emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
- Manage tour reservations and scheduling.
- Follow up with customers before and after their tours.
- Film tours and capture photos and videos for social media.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Respond to online reviews and customer messages.
- Help develop marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
- Work closely with ownership to help grow the business.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Creative with an eye for photo and video content.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Willing to occasionally work weekends and holidays, as that's when our business is busiest.
Preferred Experience
Experience with any of the following is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person:
- Social media management
- Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Canva
- Photography or videography
- Customer service
- Reservation or booking software
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position that includes:
- Office work
- Remote work (after training and based on performance)
- Outdoor filming in the Arizona desert during tours
You'll have the opportunity to create content while riding along on guided UTV tours, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys adventure and being outdoors.

Compensation
- Depending on experience
- Full-time position
- Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
