Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to operationalize serviced (full-service and assisted DIY) quantitative surveys managed by Research Services and Engagement teams for field execution by acting as the connective layer between these teams and Panel Operations. This role prepares and ensures surveys are ready for launch, coordinates launch, monitors fieldwork progress, supports Research Services and Engagement teams’ ongoing data quality processes, and manages in-field communications between the appropriate teams. Ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator, an organized executor, and someone who can manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment while keeping project delivery timeline on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the handoff of surveys from Customer Teams (Research Services and Engagement) to Panel Operations by validating pre launch readiness on all full-service and assisted DIY studies such as targeting, quotas, survey completion timeline, logic setup, and any other applicable fielding requirements. Coordinate any updates or clarifications with Customer Teams to ensure Panel Operations receives complete, accurate, and actionable study specifications prior to survey launches
- Prepare full‑service and assisted DIY studies for fielding by updating the required CRM database fields with launch details and posting the study for launch with applicable information requested by the Panel Operations team
- Partner closely with the Panel Operations team throughout the fielding lifecycle by providing them with inputs on launch timing, fieldwork progress coordination, data check coordination, and any other adjustments/requirements approved by Customer Teams
- Partner closely with internal project team stakeholders throughout the fielding lifecycle by providing all internal stakeholders with fielding updates and proactively flagging any data concern issues, quota fallout concerns, IR concerns impacting project delivery timeline for immediate alignment and resolution
- Support ongoing research quality assurance process (separate from Panel Operations’ QA processes) by monitoring for issues related to quota fallout, reviewing open end responses for quality and contextual relevance and by reinforcing aytm’s data quality standards and customer teams’ performance standards throughout the study lifecycle
- Collaborate with project team and Panel Operations team during live fieldwork, serve as the escalation and problem solving contact between Panel Operations and Customer Teams when fieldwork related issues arise, ensuring clear communication, rapid triage, and alignment across stakeholders to keep studies on track
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in project management, field operations, field management, or project execution within supplier-side market research preferred.
- Hands-on experience supporting the fielding phase of online quantitative research studies.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, complemented by strong numerical and analytical skills for assessing quotas and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence escalating issues, assessing risk, and recommending solutions.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in an evolving operational environment.
- Familiarity with online survey platforms; strong Excel skills and overall organizational proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, math/statistics, social sciences, or a related field is a plus, but not required; equivalent professional experience is welcome.
