We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives.
No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply.
This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity. Representatives speak with prospective clients, identify their life insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist qualified clients with the application process.
Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients by phone
- Conduct life insurance appointments through telesales
- Identify client needs, goals, and budgets
- Explain available life insurance products and coverage options
- Assist clients with completing insurance applications
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client information
- Participate in virtual training and team meetings
- Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- No previous insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Professional and dependable
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license
Licensing

Compensation
