If you’re looking for a technical role where you can work on meaningful environmental and community-focused projects while maintaining work-life balance, the Ayres Midwestern Environmental team may be a great match. We’re seeking a motivated Environmental Engineer to support our expanding Environmental group within the Development Services Division.

Our multidisciplinary team—environmental, planning, landscape architecture, and economic development—works together from early project concepts through investigation, design, and construction. This collaborative approach helps our staff grow professionally while delivering strong results for our clients and the communities we serve.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build their career alongside experienced project managers and technical leads. You’ll support a wide range of environmental engineering tasks including assessment, site investigation, remediation, stormwater and solid waste engineering, and regulatory compliance. Much of our work centers on Brownfield redevelopment in Wisconsin and across the country. Ayres has helped remediate and redevelop hundreds of Brownfield sites nationwide, earning numerous state and national awards.
