Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver | Part Time
*Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years with an acceptable driving record as required by company insurance carrier.*
Job Summary:
The primary duties of the guest service representative/driver are to assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, drive the hotel vehicle according to scheduled vehicle runs and on an as needed basis for guests and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner the Ayres Way.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other job duties may be assigned
- Perform duties as outlined in the Front Office Training Procedures.
- Make reservations as needed both in person and over the phone and ensuring to provide accurate hotel rates and information with proper phone etiquette
- Register guests and issue room keys to registered hotel guest
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with front office procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, and counting/ securing assigned bank.
- Communicate pertinent shift information to the next shift and direct supervisor.
- Adhere to lost and found protocols.
- Maintain guest confidentiality.
- Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values and Mission Statement.
- Responsible for working in a safe and conscientious manner.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
