Project Associate - USA

Job Description

Ayming USA is looking for a Project Associate to join our Innovation Team.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Coordinate site visits for professional engineers, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for successful visits.
• Request and obtain necessary documents and information, including but not limited to tax returns and construction documents, to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits.
• Work closely with project manager and client to build and support relationships with building owners.
• Conduct Allocation Letter calls including handling common objections and securing Allocation Letters.
• Draft and manage Allocation Letters to ensure they are duly executed and documented appropriately.
• Serve as a liaison between the project engineer, energy modeler and project manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4-year degree
• 1 year of professional experience (Tax related industry experience not required)
• Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
