Be the Face of Layne’s in Houston
We’re not just selling chicken fingers — we’re building a community brand. As our Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the connector between our restaurants and the neighborhoods we serve. Think pep rallies, local events, festivals, business lunches, and everything in between.
This role is 75% grassroots marketing and 25% catering sales. You’ll make sure Layne’s is the go-to choice when people think about food that brings people together.
What You’ll Do
• Build authentic connections with schools, sports teams, businesses, and nonprofits.
• Represent Layne’s at community events, sponsorships, and local gatherings.
• Bring in-store activations and promotions to life with our restaurant teams.
• Turn warm catering leads into repeat business by closing deals and nurturing relationships.
• Track results, share wins, and constantly look for fresh, creative ways to grow our presence.
• Scope of territory: Houston & Beaumont areas.
What You Bring
✔️ 2 years in field marketing, community marketing, or local sales.
✔️ Natural relationship-builder who loves meeting new people.
✔️ Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple events and leads.
✔️ Sales-savvy enough to follow up and close catering deals.
✔️ Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends.
✔️ Valid driver’s license reliable transportation.

What you'll get:
✔️ Compensation range: ~$45,000 to ~$55,000 (plus commission for catering)
