Sales Representative – Residential Painting
Ayers Painting LLC, is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Representative to help homeowners transform their homes with high-quality painting services. We're a growing painting company based in Ephrata, PA, known for professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners at scheduled estimate appointments.
- Build trust and educate customers about our painting services.
- Measure projects and prepare accurate estimates using our pricing system.
- Present proposals and confidently close sales.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Keep customer information organized in our CRM.
- Travel to customer homes within approximately one hour of Ephrata.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills.

- Comfortable driving to customer appointments.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Sales experience is required.
- Experience in painting, home improvement, construction, or estimating is a plus.
