Registered Nurse (RN)

Ayer Valley RehabNursing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunity.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Our RNs provide quality nursing care while supporting the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the elders in our care. You will work closely with residents, families, and the healthcare team to ensure excellent clinical care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and monitor resident needs

• Administer medications and treatments

• Communicate changes in resident condition

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• Commitment to quality resident care

Additional Compensation Information:
The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
