Ayer Valley RehabNursing is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility.
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, inventory control, and management of facility, people, supplies, and equipment in such a way that meaningful nursing service is established to render the optimum level of resident care.
We would like to speak with an Assistant Director of Nursing who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, you must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments.
