A private household in Venice, CA is looking for a local, individual home cook or freelance chef to prepare a structured, health-focused meal plan over 2 days. This is a clean, straightforward cooking engagement — no events, no catering, just focused meal prep in a private kitchen.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare 4 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner) over 2 consecutive days
- Follow a provided meal plan combining SIBO dietary guidelines and a longevity-focused nutrition protocol
- Cook with fish (salmon, tuna, cod, halibut) and eggs as the only protein sources — no other meats
- Work independently in a clean, well-equipped private kitchen in Venice
- What We're Looking For:
- Local to Venice, Santa Monica, Culver City, Mar Vista, or nearby West LA
- Comfortable with health-focused, dietary-restricted cooking
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Available to start tomorrow — this is non-negotiable
- Portfolio, past client reviews, or references are appreciated but not required
Pay & Hours: $25/hr
