I’m looking for International Marketing Partners to help introduce potential clients to Ayala Land’s property portfolio.
This is a flexible, referral-based opportunity that can be done part-time alongside your existing full-time job or business.
What You’ll Do
Your role is simple:
• Introduce or refer someone who may be interested in purchasing property in the Philippines
• Share basic information about our property opportunities with your network
• Connect the potential client with me
• I’ll handle the rest.
I will take care of the client consultation, property recommendations, presentations, follow-ups, site viewing or virtual presentations, documentation, and the sales process.

As an International Property Specialist with Ayala Land, I can assist clients with properties across:
Ayala Land Premier
Alveo Land
Avida Land
Depending on the client's needs and available inventory, opportunities may include residential properties, condominiums, house & lot, lots, and selected commercial properties.
Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity may be suitable for:
• Overseas-based professionals

• Finance, banking, consulting, recruitment, insurance, and other professionals
• Freelancers and networkers
• Anyone with a professional or personal network who may know potential property buyers
No real estate experience is required.
