We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Secretary / Title Clerk / Office Assistant to join our office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable handling customer communication, office paperwork, dealership documents, vehicle titles, and temporary registration permits in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the auto industry, dealership office, insurance office, finance office, DMV-related work, or another paperwork-heavy office setting is preferred. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working with customers and sales staff.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and assisting customers in English and Spanish
Greeting customers and providing professional customer service
Preparing, organizing, scanning, and filing office documents
Processing vehicle title paperwork
Processing TRPs / temporary registration permits
Assisting sales staff with paperwork and customer files
Communicating with customers, vendors, finance companies, insurance companies, and other offices
Keeping accurate records and following office procedures
Helping with additional office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous office, secretary, receptionist, administrative, insurance, finance, title clerk, or dealership experience required
Auto dealership, vehicle title, registration paperwork, or TRP experience strongly preferred
Must be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills required
Ability to multitask and work in a busy dealership office environment
Professional attitude and willingness to learn

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience
