Aesthetic Injector

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (PA or NP) at Windermere Med Spa in Winter Park - an AYA Skin Brand. We are a customer-service–driven practice looking for a polished, motivated provider to join our growing team. This is a full-time position and includes weekend availability.

Qualifications:

• Active FL Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• 2 years of hands-on experience injecting Botox and dermal fillers with cannula technique in a clinical practice setting (not limited to training courses)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic consultation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base
• Professional, self-motivated, team-oriented, and growth-minded

Responsibilities

• Perform Botox and dermal filler treatments with a focus on natural, balanced results
• Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional client experience and maintain high clinical standards
• Drive treatment plan conversions and support retail sales
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Stay current on industry trends and ongoing advanced training

• Monday through Friday and Saturday Flexibility
