About the Job
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Perform various dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work.
- Provide preventive dental care, such as cleanings and oral hygiene education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical knowledge and dental assessment skills, excellent manual dexterity, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using dental equipment and technology. A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school and an active and unrestricted dental license in Minnesota are also required.
