Interim ICU Manager

We have an exceptional opportunity as an Interim ICU Manager for a Level II Trauma hospital in Bend, OR.

Facility Notes:

• Leadership oversight for a 24-bed ICU with an average daily census of 17, plus an 8-bed overflow unit. The role will also oversee step-down patients within the ICU environment.
• Approximately 120 FTEs report to this interim leader.
• The unit recently completed a Joint Commission survey with strong results.
• Serves a Level II Trauma Center with a broad range of medical, surgical, cardiac, and trauma patients.

Requirements:

• Previous ICU/CC experience
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Currently licensed as a RN in the State of OR, or you can apply for the Oregon RN Temp license and be reimbursed by Aya.

Tentative Compensation Plan

• 13-week contract with opportunity to extend
• W-2 Pay: Starting at $3,600-3,700/week, Paid Weekly
• Paid Housing
• 2 Round Trip Flight Home per Month
• 2 Paid Travel Days per Month
• Rental Car
• Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life - available day one of contract at no cost
