Job Notes:
- Partner with the centralized accounting team on month‑end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Perform variance analysis tied to operational indicators, including volumes, length‑of‑stay metrics, and payer‑mix shifts
- Lead deep revenue cycle analytics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities impacting net revenue
- Support productivity management, including labor analysis and alignment with operational benchmarks
- Conduct service‑line cost analysis to assess profitability and performance across clinical areas
- Analyze supply cost per case across service lines and identify cost‑optimization opportunities
- Evaluate and model the cost of physician contracts and provider compensation arrangements
- Develop financial pro formas for new and expanding services, supporting strategic decision‑making
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, ideally in senior role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tentative Compensation Plan:
- 13-week contract with opportunity to extend
- W-2 Pay: $3,600 - 3,800/wk., Paid Weekly

- 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month
- 2 Paid Travel Days per Month
