Job Details:
JOB TITLE: Dietary Host
CONTRACT DURATION: 13 Weeks (High Potential for Conversion to Permanent Employment (Based on Attendance, Performance, Conduct, etc.)
LOCATION: Medina, OH
SHIFT: M-F, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
ONBOARDING TIME: Expect 2-3 Between Offer to Start Date
Job Description and Requirements:
The Dietary Host is responsible for delivering meal trays to patient rooms, confirming meal orders, and providing excellent customer service to patients. This role requires extensive walking throughout the facility, frequent interaction with patients, and a strong focus on ensuring meals are delivered accurately and on time.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dietary Aide Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
- Deliver meals to patient rooms in a timely and accurate manner
- Confirm patient meal orders prior to delivery
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
Requirements (due at time of phone screen with recruiter):
· Resume with last seven years of work history if applicable - all work history gaps of 90 days must be explained.
· Upcoming requested time off for the duration of the contract.
· Interview availability for the next 7-10 days
