We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: PACU Registered Nurse in Sacramento, CA.
Requirements:
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Required Skills: Ambulatory/Outpatient, Phase I PACU, Phase II Recovery, Accessing/Managing Ports, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Narcotics/Opioid Analgesics, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Circulation Checks, Open reduction and internal fixation, Total joint replacement, Conscious Sedation, General, Local, Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC), Nerve Blocks, Discharge Instructions, Medication reconciliation, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Obtain Operative/Procedural Consent, Pre/Post Operative procedures, Pre-op Assessment, Pre-op Education, Pre-Op Medications, Review History and Physical, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocol, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Ortho/Total joints, Podiatry
