We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: ICU Registered Nurse in Laguna Hills, CA.
Requirements:
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Required Skills: Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Impella, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Sheath Removal, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy
