What are the responsibilities and job description for the HHA/PCA LIVE IN position at AXZONS HEALTH SYSTEM CORPORATION?
Axzons Home Care is seeking to hire certified Home Health Aides/ Personal Care Aides for Live in Position to join a dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home. Live In: Live in is a position where the Aide stays at the patient's home or the facility for the number of days assigned. Typically, the Aide works for 13 hrs. out of 24 hrs. and gets paid for 13 hrs. of every 24 hrs. stayed. The duties are same as a PCA/HHA as described below.

- Medication reminders
- Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
- Measuring and preparing special diets
- Understanding dementia care
- Incontinence care
- HHA/ PCA certification
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required; experience can be in personal homes or facilities.
- The ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insured automobile is a plus but not required.
