About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Superintendent to lead and support our elevator service field operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving service growth, building technician engagement, and maintaining daily operational accountability.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily field operations and support technicians completing monthly preventive maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with field teams and engage top customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish accountability across safety, productivity, and route performance metrics.
- Conduct field visits, safety walks, payroll approvals, and technician check-ins (AM/EOS).
- Manage customer communications and service coordination.
- Utilize FieldBoss and Microsoft applications to track performance and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years in the elevator trade managing IUEC field labor.
- Previous hands-on field experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of elevator service operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and FieldBoss.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred but not required).
Location and Travel
- Located onsite in Bladensburg, Maryland
- Travel as needed throughout local area including but not limited to Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland
Compensation
- Salary commission to be determined based on experience and education
