Job Summary
This is a full-time role for a Modernization Manager at Axxiom Elevator. The Modernization Manager oversees modernization projects to upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget as well as managing the team including project managers and superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline preferred OR relevant work experience
- 3-5 Years in Elevator trade industry
- 3-5 years of experience in modernization or technical project management
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
Location and Travel
- In office in Bladensburg, Maryland.
- Some travel required throughout Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia
