What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post Entry Analyst position at Axxess International Inc.?

We are currently looking for our next Post Entry Analyst to join our Customs team in Detroit.

What you’ll do:
• Review import entries and ensure compliance with customs regulations
• Prepare and submit post-entry filings (PSC, protests, 520(d), CF 28/29)
• Verify classification (HTS) and valuation accuracy
• Manage billing and timely processing of submissions
• Support Duty Drawback & ACS Reconciliation
• Maintain organized documentation and records
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and customs authorities
• Stay up to date on trade regulations and policies
• Assist in training and error correction
What we’re looking for:
• 6 years in customs brokerage or freight coordination
• Experience with Cargo Release & Entry Summary processing
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations
• Experience with TIB, ADD/CVD, TPL, and exception entries
• Strong auditing skills (valuation, classification, FTAs, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office & logistics systems
• Customs Broker License (preferred)
