What you will do…
- Work with the product team on product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
- Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows
- Assist in product development efforts by writing feature requirements and maintaining feature documentation
- Assist in product education by providing advanced support and training to internal and external users
- Communicate product updates for your product area with internal teams
- Act as a liaison between product management and client services team
What you bring…
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3 years’ experience in hospice experience required
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support working in a fast pace and multi-faceted team environment
- Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines
- Presentation skills, including ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences
