Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Leadership
- Lead complex, high-value data science engagements across commercial and medical domains.
- Architect GenAI, causal inference, NLP, and predictive models using Axtria’s platforms.
- Solve critical problems across the stakeholder journey, e.g., GTM strategy, omnichannel orchestration, patient support.
- Ensure delivery governance, scientific rigor, and business value realization.
- Drive $1M in annual new revenue through client expansion, solution selling, and platform cross-sell.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and influence go-to-market strategies in AI and data science.
- Serve as trusted advisor to VP/CXO-level stakeholders; shape AI/ML Data Science strategy and analytics transformation.
- Lead workshops, develop industry points-of-view, and contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and publications.
- Contribute reusable IP, agent libraries, and GenAI asset kits aligned with commercial, medical and clinical domains.
- Build, lead, and mentor global data science teams.
- Attract and retain top talent while establishing learning agendas and knowledge assets.
- Foster a culture of scientific excellence, reusability, and ethical AI.
- 18 years in data science, analytics, or AI consulting with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
- Deep domain expertise in commercial pharma analytics, RWE/HEOR, field force optimization, and patient-level data.
- Advanced technical skills in GenAI (LLMs, RAG), causal modeling, NLP, and predictive modeling (Python, R, SQL).
- Cloud deployment expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, and data governance experience.
- Executive presence; proven ability to lead $1M client engagements and consultative sales cycles.
- Strong leadership and mentoring track record with global delivery teams.
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
