Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Steward with a strong background in Pharma R&D to support data governance, cataloging, and metadata management initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and discoverability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage metadata using data catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
- Collaborate with data owners to gather and maintain metadata.
- Configure business glossaries, data lineage, classifications, and dashboards.
- Ensure data governance, including asset management and stewardship workflows.
- Support data discovery, data quality dashboards, and security policies.
- Register and manage assets in data marketplaces.
- Work with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in data stewardship or governance roles.
- Must have Pharma R&D domain experience.
- Proficiency with metadata/catalog tools and governance practices.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
