Position Summary
The Real Estate Analyst will support AXRIA’s senior leadership in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and development support. This role blends real estate finance, investment underwriting, and development coordination, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of the firm’s activities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Assist the development team with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio performance analysis. Build and maintain pro formas, cash flow models, and scenario analyses for new acquisitions and development projects. Support preparation of internal reporting, board packages, and investor communications.
Investment Support
Conduct market research and analysis, including rent and sale comps, submarket trends, and competitive intelligence. Assist the CIO in evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting preliminary underwriting, and preparing investment memoranda. Maintain pipeline tracking for potential acquisitions and development opportunities.
Development Assistance
Support site feasibility studies, including utility coordination (water, sewer, etc.) and permitting research. Assist in coordinating due diligence materials, including environmental, legal, and engineering reports. Provide project-level support for development initiatives, including reporting, scheduling, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with asset management, leasing, and property management teams as needed. Participate in investor, partner, and internal meetings by preparing presentation materials and summaries. Support ad hoc financial, operational, or strategic projects as requested by senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with Argus, CoStar, or other real estate software a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities across finance, investment, and development functions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
