We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team and lead large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects through successful delivery.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of project management experience and a proven history of delivering ground-up multifamily projects of 100 units. You will oversee all aspects of development — from preconstruction through completion — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full project lifecycle of ground-up multifamily developments (100 units), including design coordination, entitlements, permitting, construction, and closeout.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and municipal agencies.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Monitor jobsite progress, quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and local regulations.
- Lead regular team meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Review and process change orders, pay applications, RFIs, and other construction documentation.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports and executive updates to Axria’s leadership team.
- 10 years of experience in real estate development or construction management.
- Must have led the development of at least one 100 unit ground-up multifamily project from start to finish.
- Deep understanding of construction practices, sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Strong familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
