The Offer Strategy & Client Experience team drives value creation that fuels revenue, client satisfaction, and competitive differentiation. As part of this team, you will lead the development and execution of Banking solutions designed for advisors and IBDs, enabling holistic wealth management. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, design programs, and deliver innovative solutions that combine the scale of Axos with the needs of the advisor community. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and manage the Advisor and IBD Banking Program strategy, enhancing our value proposition and driving firm revenue Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate the vision for Banking Programs; maintain a roadmap aligned with market trends, firm priorities, and customer needs Market Insights: Analyze industry dynamics, advisor behavior, and client demand to uncover opportunities for new banking capabilities Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Axos banking partners, Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Services to coordinate development and execution of offers Program Documentation: Create compelling and concise materials to communicate strategy recommendations and progress to leadership Holistic Approach: Cross-train across existing Offer Programs to provide coverage and ensure an integrated appreciation of all services and programs across custody, clearing, and banking Technology Stakeholder: Act as a lead partner with internal technology teams who are building consolidated platforms that enable a unified client view Marketing & Enablement: Work with marketing and enablement teams to promote programs and educate stakeholders on value propositions Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners including leadership, sales, service, technology, operations, and Axos Bank teams in addition to building relationships with external partners and clients.
