This role bridges product vision and technical execution, working directly with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for customer-facing banking applications
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Tech Leads, and QA teams to manage PBIs, Features, and Epics through delivery
- Participate in vision canvas and discovery phases, leading Sprint 0 planning and requirements definition
- Support full delivery lifecycle from execution through QA testing, BU demos, UAT, pen tests, and operational readiness
- Work with APIs, SQL, system integrations, Figma designs, and technical documentation to support development teams
- Partner with Data and Research teams to validate solutions and inform product decisions
- Leverage AI tools and methodologies to accelerate analysis, documentation, and problem-solving
- Lead complex, multi-year initiatives and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities and automation potential
- Ensure timely issue resolution and quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 4 years business analysis experience with customer-facing digital products (banking/fintech preferred)
- Strong technical proficiency: JIRA/ADO, Confluence, SQL, API specifications, system integration concepts
- Experience working embedded with Technology teams (not just business-side BA work)
- Proven track record managing requirements through complete delivery lifecycle from discovery through release
- Experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives spanning multiple teams and extended timelines
- AI-forward mindset with experience using modern productivity tools and emerging technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in fast-paced environment
- Experience with web and mobile banking applications
- Familiarity with Figma, data modeling, UI/UX principles, and modern development practices
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for documentation, analysis, and workflow optimization
