Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze team performance, surfacing actionable insights to leadership and sales managers
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of lost opportunities and abandoned applications to identify root causes and implement improvements
- Provide support to the Premier and Retention teams by managing activities, sales, and services, ensuring effective oversight of customer sales, service, referrals, pipeline closure, and customer communication
- Provide overall support and departmental coordination for team inquiries, ad- hoc requests, and projects
- Assist maintaining accurate sales, servicing, products tracking reports for Small Business and Premier Banking teams, including pipeline updates, account openings, and product penetration metrics
- Monitor and report on performance against sales goals, business unit KPIs highlighting trends and opportunities
- Assist with preparation daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service activity summaries for leadership
- Responsible for assisting with Salesforce, Prelim and other tools case queue management. Maintains case assignment and ensures all cases close within Service Level Agreements
- Actively engages with inbound customer servicing requests via telephone and online channels as necessary
- Creating spreadsheets, evaluate data analytics and salesforce data in support of RM sales activities and detailing statistics
- Assist with planning and executing the tactical elements of Sales to enforce best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/processes/methodologies, KPIs, productivity metrics, lead management
- Foster strong and effective partnerships with the Sales and Account Management teams in the Lending and Banking business units
- Partner with Sales Management to oversee day-to-day process execution and adherence to policies, identify problems, recommend and take corrective actions
- Own the sales reporting framework, including dashboards that track pipeline activity, conversion rates, account growth, and product penetration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- 2 years in a banking sales support, client service, or operations role, preferably in both retail and business banking environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banking products, preferably Business and Premier/Personal wealth banking
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to deliver strategic outcomes in the Small Business and Premier Business units
