Responsibilities:
- Work with Commercial Client On-Boarding team on the preparation of documents, conducting due diligence and preparation of account for approval and on-boarding.
- Draft client account schematics for pitch decks and assist with preparation of other sales-related materials
- Fulfill client service requests pertaining to their deposit relationship.
- Assist with customer training and perform installation of services post onboarding of new Treasury Management Services. Articulate features and benefits to ensure customer understanding and proper use of services.
- Set up new clients, services, accounts, and users on a broad array of treasury management applications, including Online Banking, ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, and Positive Pay.
- Perform monthly processes related to Account Analysis billing and revenue capture, ensuring accurate and complete revenue capture and strong controls.
- Update training collateral and guides for Treasury Management product set.
- Serve as project support and project lead on various strategic and operational initiatives and take the lead on process and continuous improvements throughout rotations.
- Self-educate on lending products and services, understanding the full banking relationship between clients and Axos Bank.
- Work with Commercial Deposit Sales to deliver quality customer service to prospects and clients. Learn about the client process from the discovery phase to client training.
- Recent college graduates who have completed, within the previous two years, a bachelor’s degree in any major. Extensive work experience is not a requirement, but dedication to learning is vital.
